JUMP

When AgentK told me he wanna to booked this show – I went like..What is it about? I know nothing about the show, and I have no idea what was it all about. But one thing I knw for sure – if AgentK heard about it, and he said it’s good. So it should be good. I’ve always trust my man J

JUMP was staged in Concert Arena of Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil on 8-08-09. AgentK bought the tix 3 hours before the show, and we managed to sit at the front row. Don’t ask me why, and don’t ask me what happened during the show. Let’s just say that, I was part of the show :-p

Jump is an unusual show made up of an exhilarating display of the Korean fighting art of Tae Kwon Do, acrobatics and sword fights crossed with a simple sitcom.

Set in an average Korean home, the family members are all surprisingly agile. They include a grandfather, a drunken uncle and a karate-chopping mother. Each is a specialist in a martial art and they enjoy challenging each other. There is also the Son In Law and cute looking Daughter. She kicked ass!

We had fun. Lotsa fun. If you’re a acrobatics and martial arts fan, loves comedy, mine and dance, you’ll love JUMP.

Originally called Crazy Family, Jump, performed by the Korean company Yegam, was several years in development before it premiered in Seoul in 2002. It has since toured internationally, taking a Comedy Award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2006

She played The Daugther. She looked like a DOLL. A doll that kicked ass.

By the way, JUMP is from the same producer of BREAKOUT. There is no dialogue but viewers will have no problem as comedy, like music, is a universal language.
